All our clients are required to read our Training terms and conditions before accepting our training services, whatever they may be, and must agree to be bound by them.
Before accepting our training services, all clients are also required to read and agree to be bound by our General terms and conditions.
No variation on our General or Training terms and conditions will be accepted unless they are agreed in writing and signed on our behalf. However, we may change them in the future and will post any changes on this website.

Confirmation and payments
Clients must confirm training courses and dates in writing by email or letter. We will only confirm a booking when clients pay the full course fee at least 5 working days in advance of the agreed training date after which cancellation terms apply.
Course fees do not include travel, accommodation and subsistence expenses which will be charged at cost and within limits agreed between ourselves and clients. In the event of late payment, we reserve the right to cancel a booking.
Cancellations
All booking and course cancellations must be made by clients in writing by email or letter at least 5 working days before the agreed training date.
If clients cancel a booking within 5 days of the agreed training date or if delegates fail to attend the course the full course fee will be due.
If due to circumstances beyond our control, we are unable to run a course we reserve the right to cancel the course without liability. In these circumstances, clients and delegates will be offered an alternative date.
In the unlikely event that we have to cancel a course our liability shall be limited only to the course fees paid by clients and not to any travel, accommodation or subsistence expenses incurred by clients and any delegates.
Course changes
No charge will be made for a substitute delegate replacing an original delegate on the same training date but clients must inform us of any changes to any original bookings as soon as possible.
Any increase in delegate numbers will lead to an associated increase in the course fee if the increase takes course numbers into the next payment band as outlined in our course pricing structure.
If clients refuse to pay this extra fee then we reserve the right to cancel the course without refund.
If clients wish to transfer a course to another date then clients must contact us at least 5 working days before the original agreed training date to discuss availability.
Clients must specify their choice of transfer date at the time of transfer and confirm this transfer request to us in writing by email or letter.
We will not charge for transferring a course date except for the reimbursement of any travel, accommodation or subsistence expenses which we have already incurred.
Clients can only use this transfer option once and in the event of any subsequent cancellation or non-attendance the course fees will not be refunded.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for arranging the logistics of in-house training and in particular are responsible for, but not limited to, providing the following:
Our training can be delivered using one of our own laptops but if a client's ICT network does not allow external hardware access in the form of a laptop then clients must provide a suitable laptop or PC to allow training to go ahead.
If clients are unable to provide any of these facilities or equipment then they must make us aware of this issue from the outset so alternative arrangements can be made.
If a lack of facilities or equipment arises as an issue within 5 days of the agreed training date then we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Before accepting our training services, all clients are also required to read and agree to be bound by our General terms and conditions.

Copyright and all intellectual property rights for all course materials shall remain the property of All In The Words.
Clients agree not to reproduce, sell, hire or copy course materials, in whole or in part, and not to use such materials except for the purposes of post-course reference.
